- Membership will be given after agreeing with Member Agreement of TDB.
- Company does not accept the CNIC whose Information conflicts the DATA of NADRA. If anyone tried this then his Registration Fee will be blocked by Company.
- The account registered with us is neither transferable nor encashable. At any point, the person holding the account must not give the account to another person in exchange for money or any other kind of complements in return. If it happened then Company is not responsible.
- Membership ID is also not transferable in any circumstances.
- You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your work to anyone.
- Member is bounded to follow the Rules of Company otherwise he may be penalized (charged), dismissed for specific time or Membership will be cancelled.
- For technical support (of 3 days) Rs. 1000 will be charged.
- If member misbehaves with Franchiser or Company, strict action may be taken against him or his membership will be cancelled.
- If member found in illegal activity with proof then legal action will be taken.
- Physical product may also be given to member instead of payment.
- Selection of sites should be as per the direction. Sample demonstration will be provided before the assignment commence.
- The company does not allow the posting in sub domain, same design site, porn site, adult site, RSS feed site, spam site, same script use site, blog site, entertainment site, forum site, zero traffic site (Company provide you the banned-keyword for finding the banned-site, the banned-site are not allowed for posting the ad)
- Member is not allowed to call the Company Executive after 7.30 pm. He may deliver a text message instead call.
- Member is always welcome to contact Head Office or Franchise in Office Timings.
- Multi-users for single account are strictly prohibited. Many persons working with the same membership account is never allowed.
- There is no limit of job / assignment. They may be varied in any time. Assignments are not forced.
- The system of payments is generally on monthly basis. No fixed amount of monthly stipend / salary is paid by us.
- It is against the Rules of Company to post Ads on auto traffic, auto surf and auto click generating websites.
- In case we found you are using some software, or manipulating details, or altering Ad matter or doing any harmful/illegal activities that can generate more money then your membership ID will be immediately terminated without any prior notice.
- Members must provide correct bank details like account name and account number with postal address of the branch. Company will not be responsible for payment in case any wrong information provided by members.
- Any classified website which is taking more than an average loading time of 5-10 seconds will not be considered at the time of checking the report.
- “Terms and Conditions” can be changed as per company requirements at any time.
- Before starting work please clear all your doubts later on dispute related to above mentioned points.
- We will be providing the training for posting in classifieds and we are not responsible if you are not able to understand the work by seeing the demo.
